Website and pilot-request terms

Website purpose
This website provides information about Cohesera and accepts private-pilot requests. Submitting a request does not create a customer account, guarantee acceptance, reserve capacity, or form a service contract.
Pilot availability and pricing
Displayed pilot pricing is for planning only. Availability, storage, region, migrations, support, security controls, taxes, service levels, and commercial terms must be confirmed in an approved written order before service begins.
No payment at pilot-request stage
A pilot request is an application, not an order. Cohesera will not present checkout or collect service payment until the customer has accepted an approved production service order, data-processing agreement, and applicable support and security terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use automated traffic that degrades the service. We may block abusive requests.
Product information
We work to keep product descriptions accurate, but pilot capabilities may change as readiness, compatibility, and security are validated. Guided simulations and workflow illustrations use demonstration data and do not display a production tenant. Third-party providers remain subject to their own availability and terms.
Ownership and links
TechInnoHub owns the Cohesera brand and website content except identified third-party material and open-source components. External links are provided for convenience and do not make TechInnoHub responsible for an external service.
Limitations
The public website is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Production warranties, liability allocations, data terms, and service remedies—if any—are defined only in the final customer agreement.
