Website and pilot privacy notice
Effective July 27, 2026 · Private-pilot edition
What this notice covers
This notice describes how TechInnoHub handles information submitted through the Cohesera public website and private-pilot request process. A customer workspace, if approved, is governed by its service order, data-processing terms, and configured providers.
Information we receive
We receive the contact, organization, team-size, provider, and project information you choose to submit. Hosting, public-site analytics, and security systems may also process technical records such as IP address, browser type, referrer, timestamps, request paths, and abuse signals. Public-site analytics is not loaded inside customer workspaces and does not receive pilot-form contents.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate pilot fit, respond to inquiries, understand aggregate public-site usage, plan migration and capacity, secure the website, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use pilot-request content to train a general-purpose AI model.
Workspace content and CSera AI
Cohesera does not use customer workspace data, files, emails, prompts, or CSera responses to train general-purpose AI systems. Content enters the organization-approved CSera processing route only when an authorized user initiates an AI action. Retention, training restrictions, data location, and transfer terms depend on the customer’s approved configuration and must be documented in the service order and data-processing terms.
Sharing and providers
Authorized TechInnoHub personnel and contracted infrastructure, communications, and security providers may process information only for these purposes. We do not sell personal information. External providers you later connect to Cohesera operate under their own terms and the organization’s configuration.
Retention schedule and choices
Unless a shorter period is required or an applicable legal hold prevents deletion, the private-pilot request process uses these maximum retention periods:
- Declined or abandoned pilot requests: 12 months after the last substantive interaction.
- Active commercial discussions: while the discussion remains active and for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction.
- Website analytics, security, and abuse records: up to 12 months, unless an active security investigation requires a longer documented hold.
- Legal and billing records: for the period required by applicable law after a transaction or binding agreement exists.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete pilot-request information earlier by emailing [email protected]. We will honor a verified request where applicable, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations. Customer workspace retention is not covered by this schedule; it must be defined in the approved service order and data-processing terms.
Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when this notice materially changes. Questions about this notice can be sent to [email protected].
